SaathiVisa is a visa consultation and application assistance service. We:

Review and verify your visa documents for accuracy and completeness

Provide guidance on visa application requirements for specific countries

Assist in document preparation and organization

Submit your application to the respective embassy or visa processing center

Provide status updates throughout the process

We are NOT a government agency and do not make visa approval decisions.

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents

Pay all applicable service fees on time

Not use fraudulent or forged documents

Not attempt to deceive embassies or visa authorities

Comply with all laws and regulations of the visa country

Notify us of any changes to your information

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

Service Fees: Payment must be made at the time of application submission

Government Fees: These are non-refundable and paid directly to the embassy

Convenience Fee: A small fee is charged for payment processing

All prices are inclusive of GST (18%)

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Net Banking

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay

Invoices are provided for all transactions

Government Fees:

Non-refundable under any circumstances

These are paid directly to the embassy

SaathiVisa Service Fees:

Refundable only if visa is rejected, minus administrative charges

Refund processing time: 7-14 business days

Our Money-Back Guarantee covers fees only, not embassy decisions

No refund if application is withdrawn by the user

SaathiVisa acts as your visa application assistant. Please note:

We do not guarantee visa approval - final decisions rest with the embassy

Visa approval depends on individual circumstances and embassy discretion

We are not responsible for visa rejections due to:

- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you

- Changes in immigration policies

- Embassy discretion or requirements

We are not liable for delays caused by government or embassy processing times

We are not responsible for lost or damaged documents in transit

All content on SaathiVisa (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit without permission

You retain rights to your personal documents

Unauthorized use may result in legal action

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be:

First attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation

If unresolved, settled through arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act

Governed exclusively by the laws of India

Heard in the courts of [Your City], India

These terms are governed by the laws of India

Specifically subject to the Indian Contract Act, 1872

Also subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000

All transactions are subject to Indian tax laws

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time

Changes will be posted on this page with updated dates

Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms

We recommend reviewing these terms regularly

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

Violate these terms or applicable laws

Provide fraudulent or false information

Engage in illegal activities

Attempt to harm or exploit our services

Upon termination, your access will be revoked immediately
