Our service fees are non-refundable. If your application is refused, we refile it at no additional service fee.

We promise the process, not the outcome
If your application is refused, we will prepare and file your reapplication at no additional service fee. We do not refund service fees, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee. No consultancy can promise a visa decision. What we can promise is that your file is prepared properly and filed again without charging you twice for our work.
Government and embassy fees are payable again on any reapplication. Those are collected by the authorities, not by us.

Important Information
When to Start a Reapplication
Send us the refusal notice as soon as you receive it. Some destinations impose a waiting period or require a change in circumstances before refiling, and your concierge will tell you what applies to your case.
What a Reapplication Does Not Cover
The free reapplication covers our service fee only. Government fees, visa application centre charges, biometrics, courier, and any third-party costs are payable again, because they are collected by those parties and not by us.
