Questions founders ask
O-1A, answered plainly.
The O-1A is a US work visa for people with extraordinary ability in business, science, education or athletics. There is no lottery and no annual cap. You qualify by meeting at least three of eight evidentiary criteria set by USCIS, or by a major internationally recognised award. It is granted for up to three years and can be extended.
